Torrington Shout-Out: Brinx Coffee
Today, Pascale Nejaime gives a shout-out to Brinx Coffee in downtown Torrington.
As the name implies, Brinx has more than just coffee. There are breakfast and lunch treats as well as tasty appetizers.
Brinx Coffee is open six days per week
Open Monday through Friday from 8 to 3:30 and Saturdays from 10 - 4, Brinx has become a standout meeting place to connect with friends or colleagues in a cozy, inviting and hip atmosphere.
Brinx Coffee has tasty meals, too
The menu is both compact and wide; there's a variety of coffee and tea options, including their signature lattes and cappuccinos. Whether you're a fan of classic drip coffee or prefer a refreshing iced mocha latte, Brinx Coffee has got you covered. On the other side of the menu, their food selection offers a range of options from breakfast sandwiches, pastries, lunch sandwiches, salads, and a tidy selection of appetizers.
A community approach to local business
One aspect that I really love is Brinx’s commitment to the community. The coffee shop showcases local artwork on its walls, which not only adds to the decor but also helps promote the work of local artists. Another great community-driven spectrum is that they source coffee beans from locally-owned roasting companies such as Café Real Colombian Coffee, Bantam Loo Blend, and Great Minds Coffee Roasters. This highlights their dedication to supporting other small businesses in the area.
Of course, the customer service is egg-ceptional. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make customers feel welcome and comfortable.
